What are some low-fat/low-calorie ways to season chicken breasts?

I’m on a "diet" I’ve been eating chicken every other day for dinner for like. a year.
I’m getting really sick of it. I only put Ms Dash on it, I swear if I bite into another piece of chicken I’m going to vomit.

I need new ways to season chicken. preferably ones that are little to no calories, no fat, and low sodium.
thanks!

Diet question?

I’ve started a diet! My goal is to lose 20 pounds by Sept 21. ( about 3 pounds per week) Do you think this will get me there????

This morning for breakfast i had 2 pieces of toast and a fresh blackberry smoothy (4 tbsl plain yogurt, a dash of milk and 1/2 cup black berries)

For lunch im having a turkey sandwich ( two pieces of bread and a piece of sliced turkey) a snack size unsweetened applesauce and a baggie of cut up cucumbers.

For dinner I’m having a salad with grilled chicken.

I’ll be drinking 64 oz of water today (16 down 48 to go) and walking 2 miles after dinner.

Does that sound like a good routine to get started? Do you think I’ll make 20 pounds by Sept 21?

How much time does the average 100 runner in my range improve per season? I do tough practices, plymetrics, weight lifting, diets, etc.

Wondering if my new diet (after leaving home) is horrible.?

Fellas, Im a 25 year old single male who just left home and went into a house with two roommates. I dont cook, I dont like to shop for too long, so when I go to the grocery store I just pick up breakfast bars, lean cuisine for lunch for the whole month.

1. Every morning I drink water and eat this 90 calorie special k bar (blueberry is like super delicious :D )

2. For lunch 3-4 hours later, I have a lean cuisine with more water. ( i never drink sodas )

3. More water through the day.

4. I live in New Orleans, so dining out is pleasurable and it is my choice for most days. Local fair mostly, but a lot of sushi and burritos. When I dont dine out, I just eat crackers and canned tuna with a dash of local seasoning.

Health-wise, does my diet suck? Ive a tiny bit of weight since leaving home, where I had regular cooked meals, drank wine, beer everyday, and the occasional midnight ice-cream and syrup fridge pigging. None of that occurs in my current living conditions.

Thanks :D
Everyone: I am not ‘in a diet’, this is my diet as in my daily ‘food intake’.

Thanks for the quick responses. Really appreciate it.

For Breakfast: A bowl of watermelon and a cup of coffee (with cream and sugar)
For Lunch: A grilled chicken caesar calad (chicken marinated in veggie oil, fresh garlic, and a dash of garlic salt. The dressing was NOT fat free.
For Dinner: A broiled steak (marinated the same) and mixed veggies cooked with parkay.
I am not on a diet but I don’t want to eat bad. For those of you that watch your diet, Should I change some things? I am at a healthy weight for my age, height etc. but I am concerned about heart disease etc. What should change?
